Our low cost shipping and packaging is calculated based on your overall order, this ensures you get our absolute best pricing on all our products. Orders placed prior to 1:00pm, we will ship on the same day. Items are shipped via Royal Mail or Courier service.

 

United Kingdom Delivery Policy

International Delivery Policy

International orders are typically delivered within 5–15 working days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customs Clearance

If customs duties or taxes are applicable, your local customs office or delivery carrier may contact you by email, phone, or SMS using the contact details provided with your order. It is your responsibility to respond promptly and pay any applicable charges to avoid delays.

Unpaid Customs Charges

If customs duties or import charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a partial refund once the item has been received back.

The refund will be calculated as follows:

  • Original shipping costs (including any outbound shipping charges) will not be refunded.
  • Any return shipping costs, customs fees, handling charges, or other costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Please note that if the returned item is damaged, used, or not received back by us, a refund may not be possible.
